Who we are
Bidtopia launched in 2007 as an online auction platform for larger volume buyers
and sellers, including Bargainland, which was the number-one seller on eBay with
more than one million customers. Hosting multiple online “store owners,” Bidtopia
provides an open, seller-friendly exchange with a low cost and easy to use platform.
The headquarters are located in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bidtopia is part of Warehouse86 Ventures, LLC, a leader in a group of offerings
that provides innovative e-commerce solutions for the diverse vertical needs of
the reverse logistics and liquidations industries. Warehouse86 Ventures, LLC also
includes reverse logistics solution, Warehouse86; warehouse management system, The
Gavel; and online liquidator, Bargainland.

Bidtopia provides 99¢, no-reserve online auction services to large volume sellers,
who seek an enterprising solution to turn surplus, discontinued or otherwise distressed
inventory into profit.

Bill Doherty
Chief Executive Officer
Former Vice President of U.S. Operations for the Eastern Division for FedEx Kinko’s
Office and Print Services, Bill Doherty oversaw operations for more than 900 centers
and over 9,500 team members. With FedEx Corp, he also served as Vice President for
the Northeast Region, in addition to several operations positions including managing
director of the Newark hub, the second largest sort-facility, managing director
for domestic ground operations in New England and managing director for special
projects assigned to the Senior Vice President of Domestic Ground Operations. As
CEO, Bill uses his extensive experience to set the strategy for Warehouse86 Ventures,
LLC as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Paul St. James
Chief Technology Officer/Co-founder
Paul St. James is one of the original founders and serves as the Chief Technology
Officer for Warehouse86 Ventures, LLC. He is responsible for the design, architecture
and implementation of the complex inventory, sales, shipping, reporting and auction
systems used to propel Warehouse86 from its inception to its current period of high
growth. His thorough understanding of the liquidation, reverse logistics, package
tracking and national returns center marketplaces and the processes involved have
allowed him to create unique, world class solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

Ken May
Chairman
Joining the company in 2009, Ken uses his knowledge and experience to shape the
vision for Warehouse86. Ken’s understanding of the industry comes from his 25 years
of experience at FedEx, where he most recently was the president and chief executive
officer of FedEx Kinko’s Office and Print Services. In this role, he was responsible
for strategic direction, product and service vision, as well as growth and development
for more than 1,800 locations and 22,000 team members in 11 countries.

Tom Mersch
Senior Vice President
Tom Mersch recently joined Warehouse86 Ventures, LLC as Senior Vice President of
the Bidtopia marketplace, where he will be responsible for rapidly growing the base
of independent sellers on the company’s auction site. Tom has a proven track record
of building strategic relationships and managing corporate growth in the e-commerce
arena. He brings to Warehouse86 a rich set of skills in corporate counsel, project
management, and operations in the sales, finance, legal and information technology
areas. Prior to joining Warehouse86, Tom ran the business development division for
Channel Velocity, a software tool provider serving the needs of online merchants.
